MT-200 Heavy-duty Material Racks
Application (Uncoiler):
1. The power-driven model is equipped with an electric motor and control box, featuring hand-operated expansion without manual brakes, synchronous belt drive, automatic unwinding, and automatic stop upon detection.
2. The non-powered model features a manual brake on the top, lacks an electric motor and control box, and must be used in conjunction with other machinery or manually pulled to unwind materials.
3. Add a pressing arm based on the existing motivation; this model is recommended when the material thickness is ≥2 mm.
4. If the inner diameter of the material is too small, the outer diameter is too large, or the material width is excessively long, custom manufacturing is available.
5. The minimum expandable inner diameter is 300 mm; custom manufacturing is required.
